More than a decade ago, Jack shared his property investment journey in Property Investor Magazine. At the time, he was already building momentum with Property Club. He was determined to secure financial freedom for his family through smart, long-term property investing.

Today, Jack is a Gold Property Millionaires Club (PMC) member, with a property portfolio valued at over $6 million. He now holds 12 properties, three of which are completely unencumbered thanks to strategic financial restructuring. Jack’s journey shows the power of persistence, education, and being part of a supportive community.

He and his wife started by purchasing two Brisbane investment properties in 2000. Those early decisions have more than paid off. Both properties have doubled in value twice. In 2003, they added a Carrara property on the Gold Coast, which has also experienced strong capital growth. This reinforces the value of holding quality property in high-growth areas over time.

Jack’s approach is already influencing the next generation. His 22-year-old son purchased an investment property in Perth at just 19 with support from Jack, his wife Kate, and the Property Club. In only three years, that property has gained $170,000 in equity.

One of Jack’s favourite lessons comes from Property Club Founder Kevin Young, who often says, “It’s about time in the market, not timing the market.” Jack’s 25 years of investing experience have consistently proven that to be true.

As a firefighter, Jack knows the importance of preparation and taking action when it counts. He sees the same principles at work in property investing – taking the right steps at the right time can create long-term financial security.

With the Brisbane Olympics approaching and growing confidence in the Queensland property market, Jack believes there is significant opportunity ahead for investors who act wisely and stay the course.
