Magic Charters Melbourne will not be liable to refund any fares or portions of fares, nor will it be liable for any other damage, loss, expense, loss of time, disappointment, inconvenience, or any other consequential loss suffered by a customer due to customer/s late arrivals.

All cruises finish 15 min before agreed time to allow safe passengers disembarkation from the vessel to end charter of the vessel at agreed time.
