We’re celebrating two of Property Club’s true trailblazers, Jill and Bevan Clifford.

Back in 1997, just a few years after the Club began, Jill and Bevan took their first step into property investing. With the guidance of their mentor and the support of the Club, they purchased their first investment property and never looked back.

Over the next 15 years, they built an impressive portfolio, reaching Diamond status in our Property Millionaires Club (PMC), a level reserved for members with over $5 million in investment property.

By 2012, they shifted from growth mode into harvest mode, using their portfolio to create the lifestyle they had worked so hard for. Now retired, they are living proof of what is possible with a smart strategy and long-term commitment.

Jill and Bevan did not just invest in property, they invested in people. They have been generous mentors, sharing their time, knowledge and experience with the PMC community and helping inspire the next generation of investors.

We thank them for everything they have brought to the Club and wish them the very best in this next chapter.
