Queenstown, NZ – Part 2

Property ClubPostcards0 Comments

Hi all
After a reflection day and away from concentrated work, members were ready to get back into the final 2 days of working on their property portfolio’s.

The program required a few more hours of completing Property Club Programs with members own details. This was mixed with learning about Improving Your Properties Cashflow, Improving Savings and Budgeting and working on Capital Gains implications through use of the Capital Gains Calculator.

Friday saw the final day with further presentations by Domenic Schiafone one of our Club Brokers from Ora Lending on Retirement Finance Options, Retirement Options Used by PC members and Managing Your Estate Documents.

Finally the afternoon was focussed on reviewing the total week’s coverage and what members had learnt while at the Workshop.

The four full days certainly left members with a long list of homework for when they arrived home. Many opportunities were made for members to catch up with the PMC Advisory Committee over the week and to learn from their experiences and from opportunities provided by the one on one sessions with Kevin, Wendy and Domenic.

After a long week of learning, members joined in the Farewell Gala Dinner,
dressing in Medieval dress suitable to those of the “Middle Kingdom” and Lord of the Rings.

A night of fun, adventure, dancing and eating worthy of a week of hard study
and action adventure was had by members.

The scene was set with dress and costumes brought from Aus as well as those articles
of clothing brought together on a local budget.

Regards
Wendy
